随着科技的进步,国外先进医学理念及技术的引入,我国医疗水平不断提高。但是,日益增长的医疗需求与滞后的药物制剂水平之间的矛盾也越为激化,昭示着医药界的革新迫在眉睫。溶出度直接影响着药物制剂的质量与水平,是药物制剂的核心内容。基于此,本文通过分析溶出度与生物利用度的关系及其对药物制剂效果的影响,根据我国溶出度评价方法应用的现状,提出基于溶出度评价方法的改善,提高固体药物制剂水平的相关办法,为我国药物制剂技术的发展提供一定的理论支持与实践参考。
