本研究工作采用了平板刚性拘束裂纹试验(PRRC)的装置,并进行了拘束力的测定。实验证明,PRRC试验可以采用接头拘束度和拘束应力定量地评定不同情况下冷裂纹的敏感性。PRRC比TRC、RRC和插销等试验方法更为反映焊接接头受力的实际状态。本文还采用了弹性力学有限元分析(FEM)的方法计算了拘束平板的应力应变,在此基础上建立了对接接头拘束度的计算公式。它可以作为实验室工作与工程实际的纽带,对理论工作和工程实际都具有重要的意义。
In this work, a rigid rigid plate restraint crack test (PRRC) device was used and the binding force was measured. Experiments show that the PRRC test can quantitatively assess the sensitivity of cold cracking under different conditions by using joint restraint and restraint stress. PRRC than TRC, RRC and plug and other test methods reflect the actual state of the welded joint stress. In this paper, the method of elastic mechanics finite element analysis (FEM) is used to calculate the stress and strain of restraining slab. Based on this, the calculation formula of the restraining degree of butt joint is established. It can serve as a link between laboratory work and engineering practice, which is of great significance to theoretical work and engineering practice.
