在工程实践中,由于各种动力机器运动的方式不同,每台机器的各个部件所产生的不平衡惯性力也不同。这些不同的作用力所产生的振动,经过介质的传播并互相影响,机器基础的振动就变得十分复杂。但任何复杂的复合振动,都是由垂直振动、水平振动、摇摆振动和扭转振动等四种最基本的振动类型迭加合成的结果,例如垂直冲击作用下的锻锤,由于基础设计不合理或设备安装得不准确,使垂直冲击力没有通过基础的重心,则锻锤基础不仅产生垂直方向的振动,而且还将引起基础的摇摆振动;而曲柄
In engineering practice, due to the different ways in which various power machines move, the unbalanced inertia forces generated by the various components of each machine are also different. The vibrations generated by these different forces are transmitted through the medium and affect each other, and the vibration of the machine foundation becomes very complicated. However, any complex compound vibration is the result of the superposition of four kinds of basic vibration types such as vertical vibration, horizontal vibration, rocking vibration, and torsional vibration.
