运用轮齿啮合频率的变化率幅值评定行星减速器各基本构件偏心误差导致的啮合频率的变动情况,推导了各齿轮偏心误差和轮齿啮合频率的变化率幅值之间的关系式,其结果可用于进一步研究行星齿轮减速器动特性或对测量振动波形的分析。
The relationship between the eccentricity error of each gear and the change rate of gear tooth meshing frequency was derived by using the change rate of tooth meshing frequency to evaluate the change of meshing frequency caused by the eccentricity error of the basic components of planetary reducer. The results can be used to further study the dynamic characteristics of planetary gear reducer or analysis of the measured vibration waveform.
