目的为了解我市医疗机构放射卫生防护情况,加强放射卫生防护管理。方法对42家医疗机构96台X射线机的防护情况,放射工作人员持证率、职业健康检查率、职业健康建档率、个人剂量监测率、个人剂量建档率等进行调查;并对放射工作人员放射卫生防护知识知晓率进行了问卷调查。结果医疗机构调查情况显示市级放射防护设施合格率在88%~93%;县级合格率在61%~80%;乡级合格率在37%~62%。放射工作人员调查情况显示市级合格率在85%~98%;县级合格率在62%~87%;乡级合格率在30%~54%。结论市级医疗机构基本良好,部分乡镇卫生院放射诊疗设备及防护设施不符合要求;基层放射工作人员持证率低,职业健康和个人剂量建档率低,放射防护知识不足,对受检者无防护意识。
Objective To understand the radiation protection situation of medical institutions in our city and strengthen the management of radiation health protection. Methods The protection of 96 X-ray machines in 42 medical institutions, the radiological staff certification rate, occupational health examination rate, occupational health rate, individual dose monitoring rate and personal dose filing rate were investigated. A questionnaire survey was conducted on staff awareness of radiation protection knowledge. Results The survey results of medical institutions showed that the pass rate of municipal-level radiological protection facilities was 88% -93%; the pass rate of county level was 61% -80%; and the pass rate of township level was 37% -62%. Radiation staff survey shows that the municipal pass rate of 85% to 98%; county pass rate of 62% to 87%; township pass rate of 30% to 54%. Conclusion The municipal medical institutions are basically good, and the radiotherapy equipment and protective facilities of some township hospitals do not meet the requirements. The rate of low-rate radiological staff in the grass-roots units is low, the filing rate of occupational health and personal dose is low, and the radiological knowledge is insufficient. No protection awareness.
