目的:对手术室、麻醉科进行药品管理整改。方法:剖析药品管理的各个环节,制定有效的药品管理制度。结果:对比整改前后,药品有效期合格率、药品的使用完好率均有提高。对药品定位后,医护人员节省了术前准备药品的时间。结论:手术室建立药品管理制度使管理更加规范,保证患者的用药安全有效,同时确保了医疗安全。
OBJECTIVE: To rectify drug administration in operating room and anesthesia department. Methods: Analysis of all aspects of drug management, development of effective drug management system. Results: Before and after the rectification, the passing rate of the drug expired and the use rate of the drug were all improved. After positioning the medicines, the medical staff saved the time for preparing the medicines preoperatively. Conclusion: The establishment of a drug management system in the operating room to make management more standardized, ensure safe and effective medication for patients, and ensure medical safety.
