MACOM研发了一款宽带放大器,适用于直流50GHz频带范围,型号MAAM-011109-DIE。该型放大器具有较高性能,可实现50欧匹配,典型的输入和回退损耗都优于15dB,低噪声,十分便于使用,可满足用户对于宽带全匹配放大器的需求。MAAM-011109-DIE有诸多特性,如:栅偏压可根据功率和温度调节,以改变电流设定;增益平稳控制可实现15dB增益控制(0到-1V);温度补偿功率测试器可根据输出功率提供直流电压(1dB压缩点为20dBm)
MACOM has developed a wideband amplifier for the DC 50GHz band, model MAAM-011109-DIE. This type of amplifier with high performance, can achieve 50-ohm matching, the typical input and back-off losses are better than 15dB, low noise, very easy to use, to meet the user for broadband all matching amplifier needs. MAAM-011109-DIE has many features such as: Gate Bias can be adjusted according to power and temperature to change current setting; Gain Smooth Control enables 15dB gain control (0 to -1V); Temperature Compensated Power Tester based on output Power provides DC voltage (1dB compression point is 20dBm)
