在当前职业教育的体系下,中高职“3+3”专业对中等职教及高等职教协调发展有重要推动作用,是培养技能型人才的主要方式,而班主任工作衔接在专业中有重要作用。现阶段,班主任工作衔接暴露出种种问题,而解决这些衔接问题是目前职教发展的必然趋势,更是职教实践的迫切需要。从管理衔接、课程衔接及教学衔接三方面,探析了中高职“3+3”专业班主任工作衔接的问题。
