当前,我国高职院校学生的心理健康问题正愈发严重,辅导员作为跟高职学生接触最多的第一级人员,对学生的心理健康教育起着非常关键的作用。因此,高职院校的辅导员在学生心理危机干预中应该如何应对是研究重点。首先从内因和外因两大方面分析了为何高职学生会出现心理危机,然后论述了高职院校的辅导员在学生心理危机干预中的应对策略。
At present, the mental health problems of students in higher vocational colleges are getting more and more serious. Counselors, as the first-level personnel who have the most contact with higher vocational students, play a very crucial role in students’ mental health education. Therefore, it is the research focus that the counselors of higher vocational colleges should deal with students’ psychological crisis intervention. First of all, from the internal and external causes, it analyzed why the students in higher vocational colleges appeared the psychological crisis and then discussed the countermeasures of the counselors in higher vocational colleges in the intervention of students’ psychological crisis.
