一、概况红外技术二次大战以来发展迅速。四十年代出现了近红外硫化铅器件,在跟踪装置得到应用;五十年代出现了中红外锑化铟和锗掺金等器件,第一代红外空空弹得到应用;到了六十年代,各种锗掺杂和三元系长波器件相继问世,红外器件在卫星侦察和预警等战略系统方面得到应用。进入七十年代以来,又研制成功多色或多谱线器件,进行了载人宇宙飞船地球资源多谱线勘测实验。
I. Overview Infrared technology has developed rapidly since the Second World War. In the 1940s, near-infrared lead sulfide devices appeared and were used in tracking devices. In the 1950s, devices such as mid-infrared indium antimonide and germanium doped with gold were introduced and the first generation of infrared-to-air missiles were applied. In the 1960s, various Germanium doping and ternary long wave devices have come out one after another, and infrared devices have been applied in strategic systems such as satellite reconnaissance and early warning. Since entering the seventies, the successful development of multi-color or multi-spectral devices, carried out manned spacecraft multi-spectral exploration of the Earth’s resources.
