师生冲突现象在中职学校屡见不鲜,冲突的主要原因存在于中职教育本身、中职教师、中职学生三方面。化解师生冲突,教师要注意:信任、宽容是前提——舒展学生的生命羽翼;有效沟通是基础——实现冲突的教育价值;改变认知是核心——优化冲突应对行为的选择;合作策略是途径——实现师生双赢的结果;提高素质是根本——增强教育教学的引力。
