同志们:元旦刚过,中国建设机械总公司就召开经理工作会议,这是建设机械总公司组建以来的第一次经理工作会议。这次会议的中心议题是总结工作,交流经验,研究探讨在建立社会主义市场经济的新形势下,公司发展的思路和主要任务,同时布置今年的工作。应该说这次会议是很及时的。刚才杜家翰同志对公司五年来的工作做了全面的总结,我觉得讲得很好,既讲了经验和体会,又讲了问题和差距,应该说公司组建五年来在公司领导班子的领导下,坚持以市场为导向,以服务为宗旨,以改革为动力,以提高经济效益为中心的发展方针,团结带领职工,艰苦创业,积极进取,大胆探索,不断前进,取得了很大的发展和成绩,我觉得这点应该充分肯定。但是按照新形势,作为带有“中国”字头的公司,如何在(?)有的水平上提高一步,应该是这次会议需要研究的。
