目的了解新疆结核菌耐药水平及耐多药情况,为今后结核病防治工作提供参考依据,同时评价现行的结核病防治效果。方法根据WHO要求,新疆抽取30个县(市)为监测点,每个监测点中收集新登记涂阳病人49例,共收集到1083例。结果总耐药率为26.4%,初治耐药率为25.9%,获得性耐药率为30.7%。结论新疆结核菌耐药率较高,结核病防治工作任务艰巨,各项防治规划的实施需保证质量,才能有效控制结核病的流行。
Objective To understand the level of drug resistance and multi-drug resistance of tuberculosis in Xinjiang and to provide reference for tuberculosis prevention and treatment in the future, and to evaluate the current tuberculosis control effect. Methods According to the WHO requirements, 30 counties (cities) were selected as monitoring points in Xinjiang. 49 newly smear-positive patients were collected in each monitoring spot, and 1083 cases were collected. Results The total drug resistance rate was 26.4%, the initial drug resistance rate was 25.9% and the acquired drug resistance rate was 30.7%. Conclusion The drug resistance rate of tuberculosis in Xinjiang is high, the task of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis is arduous, and the implementation of various prevention and control plans needs to ensure the quality so as to effectively control the prevalence of tuberculosis.
