近几年来,核医学PET显像发展迅速,在临床应用中发挥着越来越重要的作用。目前,PET显像仪共有三种类型:专用型PET(dedicated PET)、混合型PET(hybrid PET)和组合型PET(combined PET)。PET与CT组合即PET-CT,不仅能反映人体解剖结构改变,更重要的是可以提供体内功能代谢信息,从分子水平揭示疾病发病机理和治疗效应,是临床诊断心脑疾病和肿瘤的重要手段。PET-CT临床应用十分广泛,尤其是在肿瘤、神经系统、心血管系统等病变的临床应用方面具有其独特的功能和作用。
In recent years, the rapid development of nuclear medicine PET imaging, clinical applications play an increasingly important role. Currently, there are three types of PET imagers: dedicated PET, hybrid PET, and combined PET. The combination of PET and CT, PET-CT, not only can reflect the anatomical changes of the human body, but more importantly, it can provide functional metabolic information in vivo and reveal the pathogenesis and therapeutic effect of the disease from the molecular level. It is an important means of clinically diagnosing cardio-cerebral diseases and tumors . Clinical application of PET-CT is very wide, especially in the clinical application of tumor, nervous system, cardiovascular system and other diseases has its unique function and role.
