[目的]观察平肝调脂方联合西药治疗高血压合并高血脂疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将58例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组29例缬沙坦,80mg/次,1次/d,口服;硝苯地平,30mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组29例平肝调脂方,决明子、首乌各20g,生山楂、桑寄生、赤芍、茯苓各15g,夜交藤、丹参、牛膝、钩藤各30g,杜仲、黄芩、天麻各12g,益母草25g,水煎500mL,1剂/d,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、三酰甘油、胆固醇、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(6个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效13例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率93.10%;对照组显效8例,有效11例,无效10例,总有效率65.52%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。收缩压、三酰甘油、胆固醇两组均明显改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01),舒张压治疗组明显改善(P<0.01),对照组无显著变化(P>0.05)。[结论]平肝调脂方联合西药治疗高血压合并高血脂,疗效满意,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Pinggan Tiaozhi Recipe combined with western medicine on hypertension and hyperlipidemia. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 58 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly according to the sequence number of visiting doctor. Continuous treatment of 3 months for a course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, blood pressure, triglyceride, cholesterol, adverse reactions were observed. Continuous treatment of 2 courses (6 months), determine the efficacy. [Results] In the treatment group, 13 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.10%. In the control group, 8 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 65.52% (P <0.05). Systolic blood pressure, triglyceride and cholesterol in both groups were significantly improved (P <0.01), the treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.01), diastolic pressure treatment group significantly improved (P <0.01), the control group had no significant change P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Pinggan Tiaozhi Decoction combined with Western medicine in treating hypertension with hyperlipidemia has satisfactory curative effect and is worth popularizing.
