2009年度国家自然科学基金经费预算继续保持增长态势,从2008年度的52亿元增加到63亿元,共安排资助计划71亿元。国家自然科学基金委员会(以下简称自然科学基金委)根据“更加侧重基础、更加侧重前沿、更加侧重人才”的战略导向,准确把握项目定位和资助政策,认真组织评审工作,着力提高评审质量和资助效益,圆满完成了项目评审与资助工作。
