核心目标根据富民基本内涵及全面建设小康社会的目标要求,我区“十二五”富民必须把握以下关键性指标:(一)人均地区生产总值2015年达到西部中等水平,2020年达到小康监测标准按照全面建设小康社会统计监测方案人均GDP达31400元(2000年不变价)的标准值,2010年全区人均GDP已经达到20219元,换算成2000年不变价为16372元。按照这个标准测算,广西人均地区生产总值必须年均增长6.8%以上,如果考虑年均价格上涨5%,则年均增速要达到11.8%以上。
