本文对建设工程管理中的成本控制问题做了深入研究,分析了当前我国建设工程管理面临的挑战,提出了若干措施用以强化我国建设工程管理过程中的成本控制。
In this paper, the cost control in the construction project management has been studied in depth, and the current construction project management challenges in China are analyzed. Several measures are put forward to strengthen the cost control in the construction project management in China.
