对大麦突变体0247弯秆矮生性的遗传研究结果表明:突变体0247的弯秆、矮生性状均符合3:1的单基因分离,控制弯秆矮生性状的是同一隐性主基因。弯秆矮生性状与单株穗数无明显相关,但对每穗粒数、每穗粒重及千粒重有显著的变劣作用。最后讨论了该突变体弯秆矮生性状在遗传育种中的应用及株高的研究方法等问题。
The genetic study on the dwarfness of barley mutant 0247 showed that the mutant stalk and dwarf characteristics of 0247 all fit the 3: 1 single gene segregation, and the dominant recessive trait was the same recessive host. There was no significant correlation between the dwarf characters of bent stalk and the number of panicle per panicle, but the grain number per panicle, grain weight per panicle and grain weight per panicle had a significant deterioration. Finally, we discussed the application of the mutant stalk dwarf traits in genetics and breeding as well as the research methods of plant height.
