根据北京市废旧汽车的政策发展历程,分析这些政策对废旧汽车回收效果的影响,发现目前相关正常的不足之处,并提出一些针对性的建议。
According to the policy development process of used cars in Beijing, we analyze the impact of these policies on the recovery of used cars, find out the relevant shortcomings and propose some pertinent suggestions.
