马克思指出,腐败现象不是人类社会从来就有的,它是私有制和剥削制的伴生物,所以在共产主义社会之前的只要有阶级存在的国家政权社会中不可能消除腐败。腐败现象在中国共产党的奋斗历程中一直存在,纵观我国治国理政的历史长河,为解决腐败问题,历届党中央领导集体进行了不懈的探索,付出了艰辛的努力,一些经验与做法不乏对当前及今后的反腐倡廉建设具有宝贵的借鉴意义。
