目的:探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌的钼靶X线征象与激素受体ER、PR和癌基因C-erbB-2之间的相关性。方法:回顾性分析68例经乳腺钼靶X线摄影、手术及病理证实的乳腺浸润性导管癌的X线表现。术后标本应用免疫组织化学染色测定乳腺癌原发灶癌细胞ER、PR和C-erbB-2表达情况,并分析其与钼靶X线征象之间的关系。结果:68例乳腺浸润性导管癌中,肿块54例,占79.4%,出现毛刺征31例,占45.6%,有钙化者27例,占39.4%,结构紊乱和密度增高者6例,占8.8%。乳腺癌X线征象钙化与癌细胞ER及PR阳性表达之间呈负相关性(P<0.05);C-erbB-2阳性表达水平与钙化的癌细胞之间呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌钼靶X表现与激素受体ER、PR及癌基因C-erbB-2之间存在一定的相关性。通过乳腺癌的钼靶X线表现可以预测ER、PR及C-erbB-2的表达,从一定程度上反映了癌细胞的生物学行为和预后,为临床内分泌治疗方案的选择提供客观依据。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between mammography and ER, PR and oncogene C-erbB-2 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 68 cases of mammography by mammography, surgery and pathology confirmed breast infiltrating ductal X-ray findings. The postoperative specimens were immunohistochemically assayed for the expression of ER, PR and C-erbB-2 in primary breast cancer cells and the relationship between them and mammography X-ray findings. Results: In 68 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma, 54 cases were found, accounting for 79.4%. There were 31 cases with burr, accounting for 45.6%, 27 cases with calcification (39.4%), structural disorder and density increased %. There was a negative correlation between the calcification of X-ray signs and the positive expression of ER and PR in breast cancer (P <0.05). The positive expression of C-erbB-2 was positively correlated with the calcification of cancer cells (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between the expression of molybdenum target X and the ER, PR and oncogene C-erbB-2 in breast cancer. The expression of ER, PR and C-erbB-2 can be predicted by the mammographic X-ray findings of breast cancer, to a certain extent, reflect the biological behavior and prognosis of cancer cells, and provide an objective basis for the selection of clinical endocrine therapy options.
