随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平得到了显著的提高,旅游逐渐的成为了人们生活中的一部分,由此推动了旅游行业的发展。旅游管理专业专门培养旅游方面的人才,为了满足社会对旅游人才的需求,实践教学就变得越来越重要。现今,旅游企业人才与旅游教育之间供需矛盾比较突出,为了有效的解决这个矛盾,就需要加强实践教学的教学效果,由此有了立体化实践教学模式的提出。在本文中分析了当前旅游管理专业实践教学中存在的问题,并阐述了立体化实践教学模式在旅游管理专业的具体应用。
With economic development, people’s living standards have been significantly improved, tourism has gradually become part of people’s lives, thus promoting the development of the tourism industry. Tourism Management specializes in training tourism personnel, in order to meet the social needs of tourism professionals, practical teaching has become more and more important. Nowadays, the contradiction between supply and demand of tourism enterprise talents and tourism education is outstanding. In order to solve this contradiction effectively, it is necessary to strengthen the teaching effect of practice teaching. Thus, the three-dimensional practice teaching mode is put forward. In this paper, the problems existing in the practical teaching of tourism management major are analyzed, and the application of the three-dimensional practice teaching model in tourism management major is expounded.
