在含锰试样的化学分析测定中,由于锰的氧化不完全,高锰酸的不稳定性,常常使分析结果偏低。到达终点后,高锰酸钾的红色也容易返回,使终点难以判断。元素钒的存在又会对结果产生较大的干扰。对高铬钢中锰的化学分析测定中,除铬时手续繁杂,又易造成致癌物三价铬的环境污染,金属镍等有色离子的存在使终点观测十分困难。国外对锰的电位测定虽有报导,但未作条件试验,尤其对铬的干扰不能排除。本文探讨了影响电位法测锰的干扰因素,对高锰钢、高铬低锰钢等作了测定,同时研究了各种干扰因素的消除方法,找出了快速测锰的最佳条件。本方法具有手续简便,
In the chemical analysis of manganese-containing sample determination, due to incomplete oxidation of manganese, potassium permanganate instability, the analysis results are often low.
