本文选取第一期(2006—2010年)5轮中加(NSFC-CIHR)健康研究合作计划资助且已结题项目发表SCI论文为研究对象,根据科学基金项目结题报告,利用Web of Science数据平台,从研究项目发表的SCI论文的数量、文献类型、期刊影响因子、被引频次以及合作情况等方面,开展数理统计分析和文献计量研究,以期考查中加健康研究合作计划项目的进展运行情况,总结该合作计划项目在促进合作交流、提升研究水平等方面的绩效特点与值得关注的问题,为未来继续推进中加双方务实合作提供决策依据。
In this paper, the first phase (2006-2010) of five rounds of Canada (NSFC-CIHR) health research cooperation program funded and concluding project published SCI papers as the research object, according to the science fund project summary report, the use of Web of Science data Platform to carry out mathematical statistical analysis and bibliometric research on the number of SCI papers published on research projects, types of literature, influential factors of journals, citation frequency and cooperation, with a view to examining the progress and operation of the China-Canada Joint Research on Health Research Project Summarizes the performance characteristics and issues of concern that the cooperation project has in promoting cooperation and exchange and enhancing the research level and provides the basis for future pragmatic cooperation between China and Canada in the future.
