面对以信息化,全球化为特征的新世纪,企业员工每时每刻都要面对来自四面八方的信息资源,在如此浩瀚的信息海洋里,如何高效的利用这些信息资源,对企业员工提出了重要的挑战,此时个人的信息素养就显得非常重要了。本文基于美国的Big6信息问题解决模式,根据我国国内企业信息化的形式,阐述了提高企业人员信息素养的重要性,分析了该模式对提高企业人员信息素养的影响作用。
Faced with the new century characterized by informationization and globalization, the employees of a business must face the information resources from all directions every moment, and how to make effective use of these information resources in such a vast ocean of information to present to the employees An important challenge, personal information literacy at this time is very important. Based on the Big6 information problem solving mode in the United States, this paper expounds the importance of improving the information literacy of enterprise staff according to the form of domestic enterprise informatization and analyzes the effect of this mode on improving the information literacy of enterprise staff.
