在新的课程改革进程中,泽州一中根据本校实际情况创建了“学导螺旋发展大课堂”的教学模式,确立了“以学为先,学导同行”的课改理念,明确了课改“三取向”原则:一是忠诚取向原则,严格执行国家课程方案和课程标准;二是调适取向原则,对教材进行大单元统整;三是创生取向,在课堂教学方式上创生“学导螺旋发展大课堂”教学模式。
