当前,京津冀都市圈的发展受到国家发展战略、产业结构升级、区域格局变化和区域发展动力转变等因素影响,呈现出国有资本拉动、空间双核推动和区域合作泛化的特点。区域城市定位、市场化程度、产业梯度和企业规模等问题制约着区域经济一体化进程,需要从重构城市与产业分工、加强港口整合、推动人才交流合作、增强科技辐射带动力等方面,推动该区域加快合作发展。
Currently, the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area is influenced by factors such as national development strategy, upgrading of industrial structure, changes in regional pattern and changes in regional development power. The development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area presents the characteristics of stimulating state-owned capital, promoting dual-use space and generalizing regional cooperation. The problems of regional urbanization, market orientation, industrial gradient and firm size constrain the process of regional economic integration.
