我院1983年至1985年12月共收治血栓闭塞性脉管炎174例,采用中西医结合治疗,取得显著疗效,总有效率98.9％,临床近期治愈率81％。报告如下: 临床资料性别年龄:男151例,女23例。年龄最小18岁,最大50岁;30-45岁占71.7％。患病部位:双下肢98例;左下肢23例;右下肢37例;右上肢11例;左上肢3例;右上肢左下肢2例。临床分期分级(1)(2):根据病程发展分期:一期局部缺血期17例,古9.8％;二期营养障碍期39例,占22.4％;三期坏死期116例,占66.7％。以坏死轻重和范围分
