我们应用广州医疗器械厂WFB-Ⅳ型体外反搏装置治疗顽固性呃逆3例,疗效满意,现报告如下: 治疗方法:每天一次反搏治疗一小时,气囊压力为0.4kg/cm~2,直至呃逆停止。例1:刘某,男,61岁。因高血压病3年余,头昏。心慌、胸闷、呼吸困难伴浮肿一周以高血压病Ⅲ期,高血压性心脏病,慢性全心衰Ⅱ~0入院。经降血压、强心、利尿等治疗,血压降至正常,心衰控制,但呃逆不止,经654-2、胃复安、安定、氟哌啶醇等治疗,持续3天未控制。试用体外反搏治疗2次呃逆即止,且未复发。

The blood pressure, cardiac, diuretic and other treatment, blood pressure dropped to normal, heart failure control, but more than hiccups, the 654-2, metoclopramide, diazepam, haloperidol treatment for 3 days uncontrolled. Try to use external counterpulsation 2 times hiccups, and did not relapse.
