低血压反应是高血压病患者在治疗中常见的不良反应之一,可导致病人摔伤、诱发或加重心脑血管梗死。高血压病患者降压治疗中并发低血压反应已受到高度重视。2003年2月至8月在我院住院治疗的50 例高血压病患者中发生低血压反应有13例,由于及时发现,正确处理,均很快控制病情,未发生严重并发症, 现分析如下。
