随着时代的发展,现阶段对人才定义出现了较大的改变,如此一来,我国教育就需要对教学提出更高的要求。如何在初中教育过程中,构建有效的教学体制在当下教育环境显得十分重要。在教学时,通过提高学生积极性,促使学生在课堂中,能够有效的学习。如何在教学过程中实现教学工作的最优化以及实现目标的方式是现阶段教育工作者最为值得深入思考的问题。对教学过程中的问题进行深入分析,在此基础上,加强情境教学的应用探究,促进写作教学结构优化。
