胎盘植入是产后出血的一种原因,如处理不当常可导至严重的失血性休克,危及患者生命,及时恰当有效地治疗和处理常能使患者转危为安。本文二例胎盘植入致产后大出血,特报告如下。例1,患者35岁,住院号9214,于1990年6月6日以产后出血住院。孕4产1,人工流产2次,自然分娩1次,现妊娠40周,于5小时前在家以臀位娩出一死婴,产后5小时胎盘仍不能娩出,阴道出血量多,急来我院。
