游梁式抽油机是我国油田生产中最常见的设备,因其结构简单、而且又操作方便、并且制造也容易、更兼之使用寿命长、能很好的适应不同工况,从而被广泛应用在我国油田生产中。为了降低能耗、提高其平衡性与稳定性,生产厂家不断对游梁式抽油机进行了改造,并研发出很多新机型。但,由于这种抽油机需要在野外各种恶劣环境下长期作业,容易造成润滑油料损耗或变质,从而,出现一系列的故障。本文结合油田生产中游梁式抽油机所常遇到的各种故障的问题,从游梁式抽油机的结构入手,分析了其工作原理,并深入分析了其常见故障的具体原因,最后提出了游梁式抽油机故障的解决方法。
The beam pumping unit is the most common equipment in oilfield production in our country. It is widely used because of its simple structure, easy operation, easy manufacture, long service life and adaptability to different working conditions In China’s oilfield production. In order to reduce energy consumption and improve its balance and stability, manufacturers continue to beam beam pumping unit has been transformed and developed a lot of new models. However, due to the need for long-term operation in various harsh environments in the field, such pumping units are likely to cause loss or deterioration of the lubricating oil material, resulting in a series of failures. Based on the problems of various troubles commonly encountered in the beam pumping unit in oilfield production, this paper analyzes the working principle of the beam pumping unit, and analyzes the specific causes of its common faults. Finally, A solution to the problem of beam pumping unit is proposed.
