近年来,“有偿新闻”现象屡禁不止,而且有越演越烈之势。有极少数记者,由于收受非法利益数额很大,受到刑事检控,有的已经以受贿罪获刑。山西太原杏花岭区检察院拘捕央视女记者事件发生后,有论者提出记者不是国家工作人员,不能成为受贿罪的主体。笔者不能苟同,认为在我国,记者属于国家工作人员之列,可以成为受贿罪的主体。
In recent years, the phenomenon of “paid news” has been repeatedly banned, and there is a tendency to intensify. There are a very small number of journalists who are subject to criminal prosecutions due to the large amount of illicit profits they receive, some of whom have been sentenced to accepting bribes. After the arrest of a CCTV female reporter by the Procuratorate of Xingghualing District in Taiyuan, Shanxi, some commentators said that the reporter is not a national staff member and can not be the subject of taking bribes. I can not agree, that in our country, journalists belong to the ranks of national staff, can become the subject of bribery.
