案例:邓某2011年3月入职A公司,双方约定邓某的工资标准为每月5000元。2012年3月,A公司告知邓某因业绩不佳、经济效益不好,公司将延迟发放工资。2012年3月至2012年11月期间,A公司共发放了邓某工资1.2万元,邓某一直向A公司要求补齐拖欠的工资未果。2012年12月,A公司仍未发放工资,邓某无奈,遂以A公司拖欠工资为由提出辞职,并要求A公司支付工资和经济补偿。A公司拒绝后,邓某提请劳动仲裁。仲裁审理后支持了邓某的请求,A公司不服仲裁裁
