民营企业伴随着市场经济而发展起来,对中国的社会经济发展起到了重要的推动作用。民营企业在发展的进程中,更为注重经济效益,因此民营企业的各项工作都会与经营管理建立紧密关联性。随着行业的动态化发展,民营企业的管理模式也要做出调整和完善,以避免经营管理中所存在的问题对民营企业的发展造成不良影响。本论文针对当前民营企业经营管理模式的优化策略进行研究。
Private enterprises developed along with the market economy and played an important role in promoting China’s social and economic development. Private enterprises in the development process, pay more attention to economic benefits, so all the work of private enterprises and management will establish a close correlation. With the dynamic development of the industry, the management mode of private enterprises must also be adjusted and improved so as to avoid the problems existing in the operation and management from adversely affecting the development of private enterprises. In this paper, the current private enterprises management mode optimization strategy.
