建筑环境与使用者的情感之间存在紧密联系这一事实已被广泛认同。办公建筑作为人长期工作、长时间停留的场所,其对环境舒适度的要求不亚于居住建筑。传统的办公空间已无法满足现代办公的要求。文章通过上海嘉定区16-01地块办公建筑群设计的介绍与分析,阐明打造宜人办公环境的设计方法,运用院落式布局、楼宇间的联结、多样性办公单元、景观烘托和追求细节和精度等手段,营造出富有活力又统一理性的办公群落。
The fact that there is a close connection between the built environment and the user’s emotions is widely recognized. Office building as a long-term work place, stay for a long time, its environmental comfort requirements no less than residential buildings. The traditional office space has been unable to meet the requirements of modern office.
