经济的发展、人们生活水平的提高,对建筑装饰施工提出了越来越高的要求。质量问题是建筑装饰首要考虑的因素,为了保证建筑的质量务必做好相应的组织和管理工作。如何在施工过程中妥善处理各类组织、管理问题是每个建筑装饰施工人员必须考虑的问题。为此,本文笔者结合多年的实践经验,就建筑装饰施工存在的相关问题进行探讨,并提出相应解决措施,共同致力于建筑装饰施工组织与管理工作。
Economic development, people’s living standards improve, the building decoration construction put forward higher and higher requirements. Quality problems are the primary consideration of architectural decoration, in order to ensure the quality of the building, we must do a good job in the organization and management. How to properly handle various types of organizations in the construction process, the management of each construction and decoration workers must consider the issue. Therefore, in this paper, the author combines many years of practical experience to discuss the related problems in the construction of building decoration and put forward corresponding solutions and work together to the construction and decoration construction management and organization.
