为了解决锅炉炉顶泄漏、降低罩壳表面温度、提高机组的运行效率 ,对准噶尔电厂 2号炉炉顶密封和罩壳保温进行了如下的改进。在炉顶穿墙管的金属密封板内 ,浇注耐火可塑料后 ,涂刷高温粘接剂 ,粘贴硅酸铝耐火纤维 ,用硅酸铝散棉填塞密实 ;在金属密封板上部 ,增加了密封盒 ;顶棚高温区域的保温层厚度增加 ,粘贴硅酸铝耐火纤维 ,表面铺设镀锌铁丝网 ,高温材料抹面 ;在罩壳顶护板下部及侧护板内增设保温结构 ;罩壳四周的保温 ,改为 2层硅酸铝耐火纤维 ;顶棚与前水冷壁连接处的密封改为粘贴硅酸铝纤维毡 ,浇注耐火可塑料 ,剩余空间内填塞硅酸铝散棉
