信息资源是现代社会的一种重要战略资源。在市场经济条件下的今天,谁能更多、更快、更准地占有并能有效地开发利用信息,谁就能作出正确的决策,并将创造出经济起飞和科技发展上的奇迹。近年来,我院在开发利用信息资源,提高管理水平,促进医院发展方面进行了有益尝试。1 利用医学信息,为领导决策提供依据 医院信息是医院医疗等各项实践活动的反映。平时各基层科室把他们所完成工作的数量和质量情况,用数据甚至是原始资料的形式,汇集到有关职能科室,职能科室从中提取一些有价值的东西作为信息反馈
Information resources are an important strategic resource of modern society. Under the conditions of a market economy, whoever can more, faster, and more accurately occupy and effectively develop and use information will be able to make correct decisions, and will create miracles in economic take-off and technological development. In recent years, our hospital has made useful attempts to develop and utilize information resources, improve management, and promote hospital development. 1 Using medical information to provide basis for leadership decisions Hospital information is a reflection of various practical activities such as hospital medical care. In the ordinary times, the grassroots departments collect the quantity and quality of the work they have completed, use data and even raw data, and bring them together into related functional departments. The functional departments extract valuable information from them as information feedback.
