2015年乌海市就业服务局以推进“创业就业工程”为主线,以落实就业政策、解决群众就业难题为抓手,不断完善就失业登记、求职登记制度,针对求职人员的择业需求及个人特长,实行人性化服务,多渠道、多形式为下岗失业人员发布招聘信息,采取“五清四明三送到”工作措施,积极组织就业技能培训、创业培训、专场招聘会等工作,全方位扶持失业人员就业再就业。截至目前,全市新增就业6817人,其中,城镇失业人员再就业2723人。
