对云南光壳稻与籼粳测验种、广亲和品种间配制的单交、三交组合F1和F2及其亲本共181个材料在云南籼粳交错区、海南三亚和武汉进行育性鉴定表明,从19个云南光壳稻中鉴定出14个广亲和品种,尤其是花二早、花二早1、矮嘎、扎那嘎、扎那嘎1等品种的广亲和性较好,耐冷性也强于0.2428和Dular。矮嘎是一个生态适应性较好的广亲和品种。云南光壳稻与意大利粳稻巴利拉的生态地理远缘差异较大。花二早、末烈谷、木帮谷和扎那嘎与02428,Dular的广亲和基因位点不相同;矮嘎、末烈谷、木帮谷、扎那嘎、毫梅和02428的广亲和基因有差异;扎那嘎还具有温敏恢复基因。
A total of 181 single and three cross combinations F1 and F2 and their parents were selected from Yunnan indica-japonica crosses, Hainan Sanya and Wuhan for fertility identification , 14 broad-compatibility cultivars were identified from 19 Yunnan husk rice, especially the wide compatibility of the species such as “flower two early morning”, “flower two early morning 1”, “dwarf”, “zanaga” and “zanaga 1” Cold tolerance is also stronger than 0.2428 and Dular. Dwarf is a wide range of ecologically compatible varieties. There are significant differences between the eco-geography of Yunnan Husk Rice and the Italian Japonica Barilla. Flowers early in the morning, the end of Lok Valley, Kido Valley and Zanaga and 02428, Dular wide affinity gene loci are not the same; dwarf, the end of the LEGO Valley, Kwu Valley, Zanaga, Zuomei and 02428 wide Affinity genes are different; Zanaga also has a temperature sensitive restorer gene.
