虫草多糖是从名贵中药冬虫夏草Cordyceps Sinesis(Berk)Sacc中提出的一种多糖,具有较强的免疫药理作用。本文用同位素前体掺入方法研究了虫草多糖对核酸、蛋白质代谢的影响。 虫草多糖是从四川小金产的虫草分离提取所得的灰白色粉末,含糖量为80%,临用时以无菌生理盐水溶解,配成所需浓度供注射用。动物用杂系昆明种雄性小鼠,每批实验均用20只,分为为两组,给药组皮下注射虫草多糖100mg/kg/天,另一组为对照
Cordyceps polysaccharide is a kind of polysaccharide proposed by the precious Chinese Cordyceps Sinesis (Berk) Sacc, which has strong immunopharmacological effects. In this paper, the effect of Cordyceps polysaccharides on nucleic acid and protein metabolism was studied using isotope precursor incorporation method. Cordyceps polysaccharide is an off-white powder obtained from the extraction of Cordyceps sinensis from Sichuan Xiaojin. Its sugar content is 80%. It is dissolved in sterile physiological saline at the time of use, and the required concentration is prepared for injection. The male Kunming male mice used in animal experiments were used in 20 experiments in each batch and divided into two groups. The mice in the administration group were injected subcutaneously with Cordyceps polysaccharide 100 mg/kg/day, and the other group was used as a control.
