蒸参水是加工红参过程中积存在蒸参罐底部的冷却水。含有与红参相同的人参皂甙成分。本文介绍了蒸参水中的皂甙提取、鉴别和含量测定方法,为利用蒸参水资源提供了依据。
Steamed water is the cooling water that accumulates at the bottom of the steaming tank during the processing of red ginseng. Contains the same ginsenoside ingredients as red ginseng. This article describes the method of extraction, identification and content determination of saponin in distilled water, which provides a basis for the use of steamed water resources.
