本实验制作内毒素所致家兔 DIC 模型,观察到肝细胞溶酶体和线粒体在超微结构与功能方面均受到明显损害。而应用热毒清(原名“抗炎6号”)注射液之模型的动物肝细胞超微结构基本正常,溶酶体标志酶酸性磷酸酶(ACP)明显减低;线粒体呼吸功能、ATP 酶、过氧化脂质接近正常,与模型组比较差异非常显著。体外实验结果一致。提示热毒清有拮抗内毒素所致溶酶体和线粒体损伤的功能。
In this experiment, a DIC model of rabbits induced by endotoxin was produced. It was observed that the lysosomes and mitochondria of liver cells were significantly damaged in terms of ultrastructure and function. The animal model of hepatotoxicity (formerly known as “anti-inflammatory 6”) injection model of liver cell ultrastructure was basically normal, lysosome marker enzyme acid phosphatase (ACP) significantly reduced; mitochondrial respiratory function, ATP enzyme Lipid peroxide was close to normal, which was very different from that of the model group. The in vitro experimental results are consistent. It is suggested that the thermal toxicity has the function of antagonizing the lysosome and mitochondrial damage caused by endotoxin.
