酸枣仁来源于鼠李科植物酸枣Ziziphusjujuba Mill.的种子。其性平,味甘酸;具有养肝,宁心安神,敛汗之功效;主治虚烦不眠,惊悸怔忡,虚汗烦渴,津少等症。枳椇子来源为同科植物枳椇Hovenia dulcis Thunb.的种子。其性平味酸;主治酒醉,二便不利,呕吐,烦热口渴等症。两药性味功能差异很大,但从外形上看十分相似,易造成混淆,且易为售假药者钻空子。据所知本地区曾有误用情况。现将两者的鉴别要点介绍如下:
