近期流行喝越南咖啡。不同于占据中国超市货架的雀巢咖啡,越南咖啡似乎更加淳厚,价格也更加便宜。泡上一杯咖啡,满屋子弥漫着浓郁的香味,甚至于扩散到了走廊。对于这个中国南方的邻国,我们的印象往往停留在中越自卫反击战那遥远的年代,不太会有中国人去关注诸如:越南南部属湿热的热带气候,为咖啡的种植提供了天然的地理优势这样的问题。事实上,我们对越南的了解非常匮乏。越南自1986年开始实行革新开放,其经济保持较快增长。越南与中国的边境贸易与经济合作也在不断地加强中。越南的旅游资源丰富,近年来旅游业增长迅速,经济效益显著。今年3月,越南入境国际游客约47万人次,同比增长56%,其中,来自中国的游客增长115%。或许,我们可以跟随着中国游客们的描述,对越南有一个新的认识……
