地质勘查单位作为技术型单位,人才是生存与发展的支柱,是最具价值的特殊“资本”。特别是在国家经济结构调整、地勘单位事企混合运行导致矛盾突出的情况下,充分发挥干部队伍的作用,带好科技人才的培养,是实现有色局地勘事业稳步发展的出路。目前浙江省有色金属地质勘查局在干部队伍建设与科技人才培养方面仍存在人员结构不合理、相关人才短缺等问题。为探索全局干部队伍与事业发展相适应、人力资源与业务资质相协调的人才管理办法和工作机制,特组织此次调研。本次调研采取了三种形式:标准问卷调查法、现场访谈法以及资料查阅法。通过调研形成以下报告。
As a technical unit, geological exploration units are the pillar of survival and development and the most valuable special capital. At present, Zhejiang Nonferrous Metals Geological Prospecting Bureau still faces some problems such as irrational personnel structure and shortage of qualified personnel in terms of cadre contingent building and scientific and technological personnel training. In order to explore the global cadres and career development to adapt to the human resources and business qualifications to coordinate talent management practices and working mechanisms, the organization of the survey. The survey took three forms: the standard questionnaire survey, on-site interview law and information access law. Through the research to form the following report.
