8月25日,Extreme Networks公司在北京宣布该公司推出了Service Watch服务监控软件,此软件主要用于一些关键性的服务,如E-mail、E-commerce、文件传输等等。 Service Watch可以监控HTTP、FTP服务器等等,并且能通过ICMP、telnet和其它协议来检测设备的效力和响应时间。它的独特性在于可提供第七层24x7系统操作及效率检查、系统管理、容量使用统计。同时,该软件可与Extreme Networks的BlackDiamond、Alpine、Summit系列三层千兆交换机的功能相结合,为电信级用户、企业用户等提供更佳的网络解决方案。
On August 25, Extreme Networks announced in Beijing that the company has launched Service Watch service monitoring software, which is mainly used for some key services such as E-mail, E-commerce, file transfer and so on. Service Watch monitors HTTP, FTP servers, and more, and can detect device effectiveness and response times via ICMP, telnet, and other protocols. It is unique in that it provides Layer 7 24x7 system operation and efficiency checks, system management, and capacity usage statistics. At the same time, the software combines with the capabilities of Extreme Networks’ BlackDiamond, Alpine, Summit Layer 3 Gigabit switches to deliver better network solutions for carrier-grade, enterprise customers and more.
